The idea behind the workshop “Laskaro Handmade Soy Candles & more” is a revival of Giorgis’ grandmother’s candle laboratory, Laskaro, which existed in Syros about 30 years ago. The love and passion she taught him for candles led him to his current creations. The new addition to his workshop is the choice to use soy as an environmentally friendly, modern perspective.
